If you use recording features, you confirm that all participants have been notified and have provided necessary consent. AI-generated content (summaries, insights, action items) is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated outputs before use.

7. Payment Terms

Some services may require payment. Pricing will be clearly communicated before purchase. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Refund policies will be specified at the point of purchase.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Mentorship provided through the Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MentorManthan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past twelve months.
